Boxes 1 - 4 must be completed by all applicants. Your remittance must be pinned to Box 5. Boxes 6 and 7 must also be completed in the case of joint applicants.

Applications must be for a minimum of 30,000 Ordinary Shares at 100p per share and in multiples of 10,000 Ordinary Shares thereafter.

The 1st first Offer will close on 30th April 2002 or earlier if fully subscribed, or later if extended by the Directors, at which point the next Offer will open and close after 60 days or sooner, again if fully subscribed and so on.

The last offer will close on 30th September 2002, or sooner if fully subscribed, unless extended by the Directors thereafter.

No funds from Investors will remain outstanding for more than 60 days (from clearance of funds).

In the event that the minimum subscription is not reached for any Offer, subscription monies will be returned, without interest, within 28 days of the Offer closing.
