The Offer for each Company will be closed as soon as each Company becomes fully subscribed.

Shares will be issued and certificates despatched to Investors within 60 days of receipt of application, unless the minimum subscription of £1million for the relevant Company is not reached, in which case funds will be returned without interest, within 28 days of the Offer closing.
