Management of the Company

Each Company will be managed by the Board. A range of property services will be provided by Andrew Reeves Group Companies' (for details see page 22).

Administrative services will be provided to each of the Companies by Andrew Reeves Property Ventures Management Limited at a capped cost of 2% p.a. (plus VAT) of the shareholders' funds out of which it will discharge all administrative and operating costs and be responsible for company secretarial services, maintenance of the share register, preparation of accounts, shareholder communication and meetings. This ensures that approximately 98% of shareholders funds raised are invested in property.
