Terms Agreed with Andrew Reeves Group Companies

Certain property related services will be carried out on behalf of the Companies by Andrew Reeves Group Companies with whom discounted fee rates have been negotiated as follows:-

Acquisition fees

1.25% plus VAT of property purchase price

Project management fee

15% plus VAT of net profit on each project

Furnishing and preparation fee

12.5% plus VAT of costs incurred

Lettings and Management fees

12.5% plus VAT of rent collected

Selling fees

1.25% plus VAT of property sale price in Outer London; 2% plus VAT in Central London (or preferential rates with other agents, if appropriate)

NB. These rates represent a discount of 16.7% on the rates charged by Andrew Reeves Group Companies to individual clients, with the exception of the Project Management fee.
