Steven Aldridge

Steven Aldridge (age 38) has been involved in the London residential property market since 1989. He was initially employed by Anscombe & Ringland and then moved to Chesterton Residential in 1995. He then progressed into property development in 1997, first working with an established London developer, and then forming his own company the following year.

He has since specialised in acquiring and refurbishing properties in the Central London residential market, and has built a reputation for the quality and style of apartments that he brings to the market. He designs and creates distinctive interiors which combine traditional materials with the latest fittings and appliances. This has ensured that the finished products appeal to purchasers at all levels of the market. Steven brings to the Companies a breadth of knowledge and experience gained in a highly-specialised marketplace.

Steven is primarily responsible for sourcing and acquiring, re-designing, and refurbishing, and for the subsequent re-sale of the short-term property projects within each Company's portfolio. He will be personally investing £30,000 in the Companies.
