Mark Horak MRICS, B.Sc (Hons)

Mark Horak (age 29) has gained a wide experience in the London property market. Initially in the commercial sector, he then moved to property management, rentals and sales in the London suburbs. He subsequently joined a West End Surveying practice in 1997 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000. He dealt with acquisitions and disposal of commercial premises throughout Central London, as well as disposal of land and the marketing of business parks across the UK.

Since 1999 Mark has managed the London office of Invest-in-Property Plc - an Andrew Reeves group company - which specialises in the sourcing, acquisition and management of residential investments throughout Central London and the outer suburbs. His areas of responsibility include mortgage funding, acquisitions, refurbishment, furnishing, letting and management - acting for a variety of clients from both the UK and overseas. Mark therefore brings to the companies a wealth of expertise and experience of the London property scene. He will be personally investing £30,000 in the Companies.
