Exit for Property Investors

It is intended that the Companies will trade for a minimum period of five years and then to assess the state of the property market, before recommending a course of action to shareholders. Alternatives open to the Companies may then include:-

a) continuing to trade for a further year or two (at most) until market conditions are more favourable or are likely to lead to a further enhancement in the net asset value of each Company

b) selling any of the Companies as whole to a third party;

c) selling each of the properties in the Company's(ies) portfolio individually and distributing the net proceeds to Investors.
