The Andrew Reeves Group was established in 1982 and is now actively involved in all aspects of the residential property market. Through their estate agency offices, they let and manage clients' property assets worth over £200 million, whilst their specialist acquisitions arm - Invest-in-property plc - provides a comprehensive service to the private investor, from the arranging of mortgage finance to the upgrading and preparation of properties for letting.

The launch of the ARPV investment vehicles is a natural extension of the Group's current activities and draws on the experience and expertise available within its various divisions, for the benefit of the incoming investor.
