Director's Profile
Andrew F. Reeves FCA
Andrew Reeves (age 51) has acquired considerable experience
in the Greater London marketplace, throughout the last twenty
years. With construction and development experience behind
him, he traded successfully throughout the UK property boom
of the late 1980s. He also served as a National Council member
of ARLA - the industry's professional body - from 1994 to
1999. As Chairman of their Marketing Committee he developed
and managed ARLA's highly successful Buy-to-Let scheme that
has brought £4 billion of investment into the UK Private
Rented Sector.
He has since devoted his time to expanding and developing
his existing businesses which specialize in a range of property-related
activities including acquisitions, portfolio assembly for
investment clients, shorter-term refurbishment projects for
resale, conventional residential letting and management, and
high street residential sales. His companies now let and manage
residential property in Central & Greater London with
a current value in excess of £200 million, over 10%
of which has been specifically acquired for clients. He considers
the Companies a natural extension of these activities, being,
in his opinion, the ideal vehicles with which to capitalize
on the profit potential he has identified in a marketplace
where he has always flourished. He will be personally investing
£30,000 in the Companies.
